The purpose of this award is to recognize an active member of TAHFM (for at least 3 years) who is at the Director level of their healthcare facility and has demonstrated outstanding leadership and achievements in the field. Distinguished Executive Award recipients also contribute to the TAHFM Association as well as other membership organizations and participate in civic and/or community affairs. They exemplify the best in the field by continually bringing credit to the profession.

The purpose of this award is to recognize an active member of TAHFM (for at least 2 years) who demonstrates extraordinary potential for future leadership in the facilities management or environmental services. This award is intended for staff level members (not at director level) and be nominated by their supervisor.

This prominent award recognizes 10 exceptional individuals, one from each ASHE region, for their exemplary leadership skills and their commitment to the field of healthcare facility management through their local and/or national involvement with ASHE.
