The TAHFM Whack 'Em and Stack 'Em Sporting Clays Tournament is one of TAHFM's most anticipated events that allows us to support our organizational mission to provide scholarships and affordable education for the TAHFM community.
Event Description
12 Station Course
Targets and Ammo (12 or 20 gauge), 1 golf cart per team included with Registration fee
Awards for the Top Team and Individuals!
Pre-Tournament Breakfast, Snacks & Beverages
Mulligans Available
Post-Tournament Awards Reception!
Tournament Agenda
8:00 – 9:00 am – Sponsor Check-in
9:00 – 9:45 am – Player Registration/Check-in
9:45 am – Mandatory Safety Briefing
10:00 am – Tournament Starts
12:00 pm – Awards Reception & Ceremony in the Pavilion
Dress Code – Comfy, Sporty etc.! I.e. Jeans, Shorts, Sport Shirts, Boots, etc..
Bring plenty of sunscreen and bug spray!
Cards, Cash, Check accepted for mulligans, registration & raffles!
Ammo is provided, there are gun rentals available – call ahead to the site!
We will have eye & ear protection available onsite but all players and station sponsor representatives must have eye & ear protection out on the course!
At registration you will receive your scorecard, station assignment, golf cart info, ammo tickets, mulligans as well as have the opportunity to participate in our raffles!
All proceeds raised will support our organizational mission to provide scholarships and affordable education for the TAHFM community. This is your opportunity to support a worthy cause while participating in a fun and challenging sporting clay event,
and a prime opportunity for increased visibility and excellent networking with healthcare facility managers from across the state of Texas.
