$7500 Sponsorships


EXPO HALL RECEPTION - $7500 - SOLD!
Monday, March 30
Be the first to welcome attendees to the Expo Hall by sponsoring drink and hors d'oeuvres at the opening reception held on Monday evening at the Convention Center. Increase your visibility during this kick-off event and receive all the benefits of a Platinum Sponsor, in addition to the Expo Hall Reception. For this sponsorship level you will receive four complimentary expo hall passes, and a senior representative from your company will be allowed to welcome attendees over the PA system and invite them to your booth. Additionally, signage in the expo hall will be prominently displayed. You may also provide corporate give-a-ways to each expo hall attendee.

 

CASINO NIGHT - $7500 -  SOLD!

The Casino Night is one of the most popular and well attended events of the conference. The event includes heavy hors d 'oeuvres, two complimentary drink tickets and entertainment for registered attendees and Interlink sponsors. Additional drink tickets may be purchased by the sponsor for distribution at the event. As the single sponsor of the event you may provide signage suitable for display throughout the event area. A spokesperson from your organization may speak briefly during the event. You will receive additional recognition for the event on the conference website, as well as in the Conference Guide. Your logo will be printed on all schedules showing the Casino Night. In addition, your logo will be placed on event signage displayed during the event. You may also provide corporate give-a-ways to each attendee.

LUNCEHON - $5000 - SOLD!
Monday, March 30

Sponsorship of the Monday lunch provides special recognition for your company. You'll receive all the benefits of a Platinum Sponsor, in addition to the Luncheon Sponsorship. For this sponsorship level you will receive four complimentary luncheon tickets, and a senior representative from your company will be invited to share in the introduction or thank-you for the luncheon. Additionally, signage in the luncheon area will be prominently displayed. You may also provide corporate give-a-ways to each luncheon attendee.

 

PRESIDENT'S WELCOME RECEPTION - $5000 - SOLD!

You'll receive all the benefits of a Platinum Sponsor, maximum visibility - and lots of credit for the festivities!  Held as the "Kick Off” prior to the opening day of the conference, this event features two complimentary drink tickets for registered attendees, hors d ’oeuvres, and entertainment. Additional drink tickets may be purchased by the sponsor for distribution at the event. The sponsor may provide signage suitable for hanging in the reception area. A spokesperson from your organization may also speak briefly during the event. You will receive additional recognition for the event on the conference website, as well as in the Conference Guide. Your logo will be printed on all schedules showing the President's Welcome Reception. In addition, your logo will be placed on event signage displayed during the event. You may also provide corporate give-a-ways to each attendee. We will work with you to make it a truly special evening - with great corporate visibility!

TAHFM will host, facilitate and staff a hospitality suite during the late afternoon and evenings when conference sessions have concluded for the day. A favorite tradition of the conference attendees and an excellent networking opportunity, all conference registrants are invited to relax, visit with their peers, and enjoy refreshments. The suite sponsor will receive signage in the suite, recognition in the conference program and the ability to meet, greet and network with the participants in the suite.
*Please note, hospitality suite hours are dictated & set by the published conference agenda and will not be posted as open before or after the published hours.

The Tuesday lunch is held in the exhibit hall and features high visibility for your organization. As the single sponsor of the lunch, you may provide signage suitable for hanging in the dining area. A spokesperson from your organization may welcome attendees over the PA system and invite them to your booth(if applicable).

 

 


 

$3250 - $3500 Sponsorships

NAME TAG LANYARDS - $3250 - SOLD!
High visibility! Place your company logo on nametag holders that will be worn by each conference attendee for the duration of the conference. TAHFM Management will work with the sponsor to select the badges.  TAHFM will produce the badges and will be responsible for the purchase of the badges.


PORTFOLIOS - $3500 - SOLD!
Provide portfolios featuring your company’s logo and name that will be distributed with the conference meeting materials. Conference attendees will use your portfolio for years to come. TAHFM will work with the sponsor to select the portfolios.  TAHFM will produce the portfolios and will be responsible for the purchase of the portfolios. 


CONFERENCE TOTE BAGS - $3500 - SOLD!
Tote bags carry the sponsor’s logo on one side of the bag with the TAHFM logo on the other side. The totes are sized to carry the TAHFM conference materials, items donated by sponsors, etc. TAHFM Management will work with the sponsor to select the conference tote bags.  TAHFM will produce the tote bags and will be responsible for the purchase of the tote bags.


HOTEL KEY CARDS- $3250 - SOLD! 
TAHFM is excited to offer this unique sponsor opportunity for this year’s conference. On average, hotel guests look at their room keys at least 10 times a day! What better way to get your name in front of the conference attendees by having your logo on one of the most important items they will carry with them for the duration conference? TAHFM Management will work with the sponsor to produce the keycards and will be responsible for the purchase of the cards.

GENERAL SESSION SPONSORSHIP - $2500

Wednesday, April 1

Sponsorship of one of three general sessions/keynotes - Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday - provides unique recognition of your company.  You will receive additional recognition for the event on the conference website, as well as in the Conference Guide. In addition, your logo will be placed on event signage displayed during the event. You may also provide corporate give-a-ways to each attendee. Additionally, for this level, your company logo will be featured in all pre-conference marketing materials promoting the keynote sessions (registration brochure, email announcements, newsletters, etc.).

Sponsorship of the educational tracks allows TAHFM to provide exceptional quality continuing education training to its attendees at very affordable rates. Your company will receive all the benefits of the Silver Sponsorship in addition to the Educational Track Sponsorship. Sponsors will receive additional acknowledgment on the conference web site and in the Conference Guide. Additionally, sponsors will be recognized during introductions of the speakers in their respective educational tracks.
 

AUDIO VISUAL SPONSOR - $1500 - SOLD!  
Your company will receive one of the highest levels of recognition as the conference audiovisual provider. What better way to get your name out there then to have people staring at it all day as they listen to the educational sessions? Each session is provided an audiovisual package, including screen, lectern and microphone. Your company’s logo will be placed on signage that will be placed in the breakout session rooms and the general session room. Your company will receive all the benefits of the Silver Sponsorship.

What could be a better way to capture the attention of our conference attendees than to provide a special gift on their beds before they doze off at night? Three opportunities (Sunday, Monday or Tuesday night) are available. Sponsor is responsible for cost and selection of gifts, as well as hotel delivery cost (sponsor will be invoiced after the conference concludes). Sponsor must deliver items to the hotel within one week of the event.


COFFEE BREAK REFRESHMENTS - $1250 per break

Attendees need the chance to stop, rest, and refuel. Provide your company with exposure at one of the five well-attended refreshment breaks. These events allow attendees and exhibitors the opportunity to gather and network in a social atmosphere. Sponsors may select which breakfast or break they would like to sponsor on a first-come, first-served basis. If requested, your company will be given a table to set near the break area which you can use to display products, marketing materials, etc. Your company will receive all the benefits of the Silver Sponsorship in addition to the breakfast or break function you select. Additionally, signage featuring the sponsor logos will be placed strategically in the break area.
