REGISTRATION INCENTIVE (Facility Managers Only!)
Payment or PO must be received in our office by February 22, 2018, in order to qualify for the early registration discount. Purchase orders can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to (512) 857-7711.
A full cancellation refund will be granted for written requests received on or before March 1, 2019. No refunds will be granted after March 1, 2019. Cancellations must be received in writing or by e-mail from the original registrant cancelling to email@example.com. No cancellations will be taken by phone.
Substitute attendees may be named prior to March 1, 2019. Notification of substitution must be submitted in writing or by e-mail from the original registrant to firstname.lastname@example.org. No substitutions will be taken by phone.
