Current logos are posted on our Interlink Homepage. If you have an updated version of a logo or your logo is missing, please send your logo to . Logo submissions for print transmission should be in the following formats.

Preferred formats (vector): PDF, EPS, AI, SVG
Acceptable (raster): High-res JPGs, PNGs, TIFFs, PSDs

Send the logo to as soon as possible in order to be included in conference program, signage, and to take advantage of pre-conference website and email promotion.

As a Diamond or Platinum Sponsor, you have the opportunity a promotional insert in the conference attendee's registration bags. A promotional insert can be a one page flyer or post card or brochure type marketing piece of collateral. As a Diamond Sponsor, you have the opportunity to place a full page full color ad in the conference program. The full page ad dimensions are: 7.75" x 9.875". Ads must be received by Friday, March 9th in order to be included in the conference program. Ads received after this date run the risk of not being included.

Door Prize Form - Due Friday, March 10.
Door Prizes are a great way to attract visitors to your booth. If you are interested in donating a door prize, please complete the online form by Friday, March 8th.

Register for the Golf Tournament/View Sponsorship options
This tournament benefits the Rufus J. Cleghorn Scholarship Fund. The Bear Creek Golf Course in Dallas, Texas will be hosting this year's tournament on Sunday, April 8th. Sponsor a golf hole or just come out to play a round with the attendees. Our Industry Associate partners are welcome!

Presentations must be educational in nature and free of solicitation content. Please do not include company information within your PowerPoint, with the exception of the last slide. Be sure to provide adequate time for Q&A at the end of your session time.

This year we are requesting all of our presentations be in a unified format. Please download our approved presentation format for your presentation.

Please provide your electronic presentation no later than Friday March 23rd. Please upload below in the following format - lastname_interlink18_yes or lastname_interlink18_no [depending on presentation permissions given in speaker agreement].

Beginning Monday at 7:00 am, registration will open in the Ft. Worth Foyer (3rd floor). The conference will end at 11:15 am Wednesday morning following the closing Keynote address from Timothy Markijohn with The Joint Commission. View the full conference agenda. Speaker Presentations will be available for download following the conference. Your attendee bags will have a program, schedule at a glance and notepad to help track notes throughout the conference.

We invite and encourage you to participate in the conference networking activities as well. This includes the following:
  • President’s Welcome Reception on Sunday in San Antonio Pre Function at 7:00pm
  • Exhibit Hall Reception on Monday in the Dallas Ballroom at 4:45pm
  • Energy Roundup Reception on Monday in San Antonio Pre function at 7:00pm
  • Hospitality Suite on Monday evening in Prive at 9:00pm
  • Hospitality Suite on Tuesday evening in Prive at 5:30pm
  • Game Night on Tuesday evening in San Antonio 2 at 7:30pm
Dress for the conference is business casual. If you know of other facility managers who would like to attend, please let them know that we welcome their registration onsite.

Golf Logistics

  • Sponsors: please arrive between 9:15 – 10:00 am to set up. If you arrive at 11:00 am, you will not be able to set up until 11:30 am – no exceptions!
  • Golf Hole Sponsors - You will be responsible for bringing any materials (i.e. giveaways/table/tent/chairs/marketing material) for your hole. Hole Assignment list attached.
  • Platinum Event Sponsor/ Beverage Sponsor/Lunch Sponsor – you will have a table and chairs in the registration area for you to use for giveaways/signage.
  • Last minute giveaway items need to arrive to the golf course by 9am Sunday.
  • Registration will open at 10:00 am in the Pavilion.
  • Breakfast tacos, coffee and juice will be served at this time.
  • Each player will receive two beverage cart tickets, which you’ll receive in your golf carts attached to the clipboards.
  • Our goal is to ensure vendors and facility members are paired together, so please stay with your assigned teams. If team hopping takes place it will be very hard to calculate the scores at the end of the event. Thanks for your help in staying with your assigned teams.
Golf Games/Add On’s - we take cash, check or credit!
This year we will offer Mulligans, Advance the Ball and a Poker game at Interlink Golf 2018!
  • 15 to buy-in to the poker game
  • $15 for Mulligans
  • $20 to advance your ball on Par 5/team
  • $40 for 2 Mulligans and buy-in to the poker game
  • $60 for 2 Mulligans, buy-in to poker game, and advance your ball on Par 5
TAHFM is pleased to announce its raffle prize for this tournament will be a set of Ping Blue Eye Irons (see description & dimensions attached).
  • Raffle Squares - $10/Square or $25/3 Squares - And remember, the more squares you purchase, the better your odds at winning this prize - no limit to the number of squares you can purchase!
REMEMBER: All proceeds go to the Rufus J. Cleghorn Scholarship Fund!

  • This is an 11:30 am shotgun start, four-person, scramble event.
  • Putting Contest will begin at 10:40 am at hole #17 and will run up until we get ready for the shotgun start at 11:30am
  • A Burger buffet lunch and beverages will be served in the Pavilion following the tournament along with awards and recognition.
  • DRESS CODE – Bear Creek Golf Course requires proper golf attire be worn at all times. All players are required to wear collared shirts at all times. Slack, shorts or skirts must be hemmed and in good condition.
    • Our "Gaudy on the Green" award will be given to the player with the most far out "golf appropriate" attire during the tournament.
