Cancellations

No refunds will be granted after this date. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant to info@tahfm.org. No cancellations will be taken by phone. Registrants/Sponsors who do not attend the event will be responsible for the full sponsorship fee.

Substitutions

Substitute attendees may be named prior to January 8th, 2025 or during onsite registration. Notification of substitution must be submitted in writing from the original registrant at info@tahfm.org. No substitutions will be taken by phone.
