Recognition Awards

Recognize a TAHFM member who has made a contribution in the fields of Facilities Management or Envrionmental Services!  Some of the benefits of being selected for a TAHFM Recognition Award include recognition at Interlink and in TAHFM publications, a complimentary registration to a future TAHFM event, and a one year membership to TAHFM!

Distinguished Executive Award

The purpose of this award is to recognize an active member of TAHFM (for at least three years), at the Director level in a healthcare facility, who has demonstrated outstanding leadership and achievements in the field. Distinguished executives serve the association, contribute to other membership organizations, and participate in civic or community affairs. They exemplify the best in the field by continually brining credit to the profession.  This award is presented annually in April at the TAHFM Interlink Conference.  In addition to public recognition for receipt of the award, recipients will also receive:

• A complimentary registration to Interlink
• One year membership to TAHFM
• Recognition in TAHFM publications

Future Leader Award

The purpose of this award is to recognize an active member of TAHFM (for at least two years), who demonstrates extraordinary potential for future leadership in the facilities management or EVS industry.  This award is intended for hospital staff (other than director level) involved in the facilities management or EVS departments.  This award is presented quarterly.  In addition to public recognition for receipt of the award, recipients will also receive:

• A complimentary registration to a future TAHFM regional event
• One year membership to TAHFM
• Recognition in TAHFM publications
