Recent News
- Bert Gumeringer, TAHFM Region 1 Director, was selected by the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) of the American Hospital Association (AHA) to receive the prominent Emerging Regional Leader Award. This award recognizes some of the most promising grassroots ASHE members for their outstanding leadership and exemplary commitment to the field of healthcare facility management and their local chapter. In recognition of his achievement, there will be a special presentation during the Opening Session of the 47th Annual Conference & Technical Exhibition, in Tampa, Florida, on Monday, July 11, 2010.
- Lt Col Steven Bodily, TAHFM Region 8 Representative, will be recognized for receiving his SASHE at the American Society of Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) 47th Annual Conference & Technical Exhibition, in Tampa, Florida, on Monday, July 11, 2010.
- Texas Children's Operations and Maintenance department receives the American Society of Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) 2010 Excellence in Facility Management award for the Continuous Service Readiness program.
